
Upset, Claudia confides in Martha that she still has feelings for Lachie. Martha tells Claudia that her future is with Geoff and she needs to let Lachie go. Later, Geoff bumps in to Lachie at the Diner and demands that he stay away from Claudia. With their football teams playing each other next week, Lachie warns Geoff that he'd be with Claudia if it wasn't for him and to be careful at next week's game.
An excited Miles tells Alf about his and Kirsty's plans to have children. Later, when Alf mentions this to Kirsty, she's angered that Miles is going around talking about their private lives when they haven't even come to a decision about children yet. Kirsty is angered further when she discovers that Miles has also been talking to Leah. Speaking with Rachel, Kirsty admits that she's not ready for any more children at this point in her life. Later, Kirsty admits to Miles that while she is open to the idea of more children, she's just not ready yet.
With their relationship slowly beginning to blossom, Hugo asks Martha to move back home, but she refuses. Later, Rachel invites Martha over for dinner with her and Tony but, unaware of Martha and Hugo's situation, Tony invites Hugo to join them. Scrambling to ease the tense situation, Rachel invites Miles and Kirsty to join them all. With the dinner party fast deteriorating into a tense evening, Tony only adds to the atmosphere by asking Martha and Hugo to be the Godparents to the baby. While they're both more than happy to agree, Rachel can sense that there's still a thick tension between the pair. Later, with the dinner party over, Martha and Hugo share a moment and are about to kiss when Tony sees them.
