'Got The T Shirt'
Henry encourages Ruth to introduce herself at her first group therapy session. At the Mill Cherry offers Karen a wrap that she isn’t going to eat. Karen refuses but takes it when Cherry goes to throw it in the bin.

During the therapy session Smithy takes centre stage talking about what lies beneath his mask. He talks about Ruth, claiming to know she is nice but Ruth shocks him and Henry when she claims it is all an act and she is a killer. Ruth reveals she killed her twin sister Victoria. Henry pressures her to say how old Victoria was when she died.

Smithy tries to get him to stop when he sees Ruth getting upset, but Henry tells the group Victoria was stillborn.

Smithy is relieved Ruth isn’t to blame, but she says her mum told her she was.

Ruth opens up to the group about how her mother thought she had lost the wrong daughter and how this fuelled Ruth’s desire to become someone else.

Karen persuades Jimmi to have a chat with her about her health concerns. Jimmi is exasperated by her when he tries to tell her the best way to loose weight is healthy eating and exercise not fad diets!

Ruth is thrilled when Henry says it won’t be long until she is ready to leave. Smithy tells Ruth he only comes to Beeches house for a bit of down time. He takes her on a tour; they steal food from the kitchen to have a picnic in the grounds. Smithy tells Ruth being labelled mentally ill was a relief for him as it meant he could just be himself. Ruth relaxes with Smithy in the garden and feels contented for the first time in a long time.

Cherry tempts Karen’s resolve by reading dishes from a menu. Karen reveals she wants to get back to a size ten for her anniversary next month. Jimmi catches Karen as she is about to bite into Cherry’s discarded wrap. Her resolve strengthens when Jimmi tells her to not waste his time if she isn’t willing to give it her best shot.

Meanwhile, Tamsin Foxley (19) is nestled under the duvet typing on a laptop. She pulls the duvet up over the laptop as her parents Chas and Fran Foxley (37) enter. Fran is trying to get Tamsin to eat something but she isn’t hungry.

Tamsin has just got home from travelling and she hasn’t been well during the night; she’s furious that Fran has arranged for the doctor to come and see her. Later Lily examines Tamsin and is annoyed that the home visit wasn’t in fact necessary. Tamsin says she’s worried about her parents, as if they get in a flap when nothing’s wrong; what would they do if something really was wrong? Lily arranges for Tamsin to come into the Mill for a blood test at lunchtime.

Chas and Fran faff around Tamsin and offer to take her. They tell Lily about Tamsin’s online travel blog, and despite Tamsin’s protests Chas ushers Lily to the computer to show her the blog. Fran tells Lily that Tamsin travelled alone. Fran then tentatively asks about a boy called Kevin, and Tamsin says she hasn’t had any contact with him since he went to Aberystwyth University.

Lily notices Tamsin went to Morocco, and Fran and Chas reveal they always wanted to go to there and pull out a folder containing all the details of the route they would have taken. They couldn’t go as Fran got pregnant with Tamsin. Lily asks Tamsin why she hasn’t written anything about one of the most famous buildings in Morocco, and Tamsin makes an excuse but Lily knows she is lying.

Back at the Mill Lily checks out Tamsin’s blog. Tamsin sees Cherry for the blood test, and Lily enters. She has brought photos of Medersa Bou Inania but Tamsin fails to recognise it. Lily reveals she knows Tamsin has copied someone else’s blog word for word. Lily says if she had been round the world for six months Tamsin would be more sun burnt and her hair and clothes wouldn’t look so good. Tamsin reveals she has been in Aberystwyth the whole time. Lying about where she was, meant she could live with Kevin without her parents interfering. She couldn’t do the course she wanted in Aberystwyth so Kevin has arranged a transfer to Letherbridge, and they’re going to get a flat together.

Tamsin says she is going to tell her parents that day, but back home she falters and ends up telling Chas and Fran that she’s felt so guilty over the past six months, she thinks they should take their gap year now. They should take this opportunity to do what they had to give up when she was born. They rush off excitedly to the travel agents.

Lily and Cherry think they know what is wrong with Tamsin, and Lily goes to ask her if she thinks she might be pregnant. It turns out Tamsin knows she’s pregnant, that it was planned, that her and Kevin are soul mates, and she has even already checked out the childcare facilities at the uni. She wants her mum and dad to have their dream holiday and when they return she will be living with Kevin and their grandchild will have been born.

Tamsin is showing Lily out when Chas and Fran return clutching brochures. Chas and Fran are fraught with worry something is wrong with Tamsin, and much to her dismay they decide to postpone their trip until she is well. Tamsin is cornered and appeals to Lily for help. Lily can see Tamsin is defeated and steps in saying she came to show Tamsin some photos. Chas and Fran hurry off inside relieved nothing is wrong. Tamsin thanks Lily; Lily thinks Tamsin reminds her of herself when she was younger. Lily wishes her good luck and leaves.
