Miffed when Lily later turns down his lunch invitation due to a pre-arranged museum visit with Simon, he mentions his jealousy to Daniel who finds it hilarious and reveals that Simon is gay!

Meanwhile, As 70 year old Elijah Beckley stands in shock as his beloved wife Eloise (70) passes away in St Phil's he recites to himself their favourite poem.

As poignant memories flash before him Michelle finds herself waking up in a strange man's bed, her shameful memories of last night flash before her. As Michelle extricates herself back to her house Elijah finds himself praying in the park.

Later on her way to work Michelle has to stop to be sick in the park when she sees Elijah being mugged; feeling guilty she helps him back to The Mill where Heston recognises him. Elijah tells Heston about Eloise dying that morning, while Michelle dashes off to make an appointment at the STI clinic.

Eventually she returns to clean Elijah's cut but distracted doesn't hear his desperate cry for help; Michelle suddenly remembers that she didn't sleep with the man from last night.

Elijah returns home determined to join his wife, while Heston mentions to Michelle about Eloise's death. Michelle had no idea and suddenly remembers their conversation, and dashes to Elijah's.She arrives just as Elijah has taken a large amount of pills but manages to revive him.

As they wait for the ambulance Michelle apologises to Elijah, she made such a huge mistake he does have something to live for. Michelle returns to The Mill and sits in her car shell-shocked; unable to resist taking a swig from the bottle of vodka in her glove box, can she hold it together?
