'Gone To The Dogs'
Simon tells a shocked Karen the truth about Cherry's suspension and Michelle's drinking. Karen mentions the revelations to an annoyed Julia who says her hands are tied but is concerned when Karen mentions that Michelle is late this morning.

Julia mentions this to Jimmi but he can't check on Michelle because he's got his radio show. Meanwhile Michelle wakes in a drunken stupor mid-afternoon.

Jimmi arrives at the radio station and is frustrated when Cerys seemingly doesn't care about his worries. Michelle listens to Jimmi's show and calls in calling herself Ruth; Jimmi soon rumbles her and asks where she is. Cerys gives him an ultimatum, if he walks out that's it… Jimmi leaves. As he drives around in his car trying to find her Michelle stumbles around the streets. Jimmi turns a corner as Michelle stumbles into the road. There's a loud crash!

Heston asks Lily if she had a nice time last night but she gives nothing away so he probes Karen for information on openness in relationships! He unsubtly tries to tell a bemused Lily things she didn't know about him, his hidden depths!

Meanwhile, Pregnant Carla Mayhew (29) scowls as her peace is shattered by her neighbours barking dog; Carla wants her husband Rick Mayhew (32) to take action. Meanwhile Bob Goodridge (80) lets the dog out of his old run down house… Simon innocently driving along on his house calls feels a sudden bump - killed the dog.

Panicked Simon knocks on the nearest door where Carla tells him with relish it's her neighbour's dog. Goodridge is devastated and forces Simon away.

Carla comes to gloat and Goodridge hurts his hand in frustration. He goes to The Campus but leaves immediately upon seeing an apologetic Simon again. Simon feels so guilty that he seeks out Goodridge again but not before Rick gets there to threaten Goodridge telling him he's ruining the neighbourhood. Goodridge is shocked when Rick implies he poisoned his dog.

When Simon arrives he feels sorry for the devastated Goodridge, and is shocked when he is told Rick's revelation; that means he didn't kill the dog it was already dead?

Simon convinces Goodridge he needs hospital treatment and then goes himself to confront the Mayhews. He tells them straight that Goodridge needed help not persecution.
