'There's No Telling: Part II'

Michelle is determined to move back home, despite the fact she's still struggling. Jimmi insists she should wait a while but at the end of the day she goes home to her empty flat and tries to cook dinner. She drops everything and reaches for a bottle of vodka. Catching a reflection of herself she stops and pours it down the sink.

When Jack's results land on the doorstep Karen instantly assumes its good news and jumps around, however Jack hasn't got what he needs. They cancel the party as Jack mopes at home. Karen goes to work and has to reveal that her genius son hasn't done well enough. The others try to reassure her but she is devastated for her boy.

That evening, Rob tries to comfort Jack by suggesting he train to become a policeman. Jack is horrified; Law is his dream not being a pig! Karen goes after him and assures him of her love, Jack just shouts at her to leave.

Meanwhile, it's Gabriel's birthday and he's unwrapping presents from his mum, Una. He asks how she is today and she says fine but when she finds the note from Jinx she starts to panic again so Gabriel phones Jimmi. Jimmi manages to calm Una after she tells him the woman who attacked her years ago has come back, she has no idea why.

Una reluctantly drops Gabriel off at summer school, telling him not to talk to anyone. During his break time, Jinx appears and convinces him to meet her after school as she's made up with his mum and has offered to walk him home.

Later Jinx starts to feel in more pain so she goes to the campus where she collapses. She wakes up in hospital where Jimmi explains she is in dire need of a liver transplant and needs to stay in hospital. Jinx asks for a moment alone and seeing it's past three leaves the hospital. Gabriel is waiting by the bridge where he finds unfinished letters to him from Jinx.

Una phones Jimmi in a panic as he searches for Jinx, and he advises her to call the police just as Gabriel arrives home. Not long after, Jinx appears on the doorstep again. T

hey run upstairs to wait for the police and Gabriel tells his mum he should talk to the woman if she's going to keep coming back. This hits home with Una and as Jimmi tries to get Jinx to go to hospital Una says she will talk to her. Jinx, is her daughter. Rob watches Gabriel upstairs as the women talk downstairs with Jimmi. Jinx just wants to see Gabriel but Una wants an explanation for the attacks.

Jinx explains she attacked Una was because she was so angry that Gabriel – her son - was taken from her. Una says Jinx was in no fit state to be a mother – she'd suddenly changed and broken her father's heart. Angry, Jinx says she hated her father, and when Una doesn't want to hear anymore Jimmi insists.

Jinx reveals she was repeatedly abused by her father and that he was also Gabriel's father. Jinx apologises to her mother, she never wanted to tell her, and goes to leave, but Una tells her to go see Gabriel. Upstairs Jinx is moved to be near her son and not knowing what to say reads to him and holds him close.

As Jinx leaves for hospital, Una says they'll talk when she's better. She gets into the car with Jimmi. As they leave Jimmi turns to Jinx, she has slipped away after finally getting to hold her son.
