'Dead Honest'

Cherry convinces Simon and Michelle to go to a party. According to Simon its fancy dress so Cherry goes as the wicked witch, Simon as a wolf and Michelle as Morticia. However when they get there no-one else is in fancy dress!

They're all mortified but things get worse for Cherry when Scott arrives. He's talked to the manager of the club and knows Cherry has been asking questions about him. He's furious and accuses her of potentially ruining his business with the club. Cherry is devastated and runs off crying.

Scott finds her and apologises; he knows he can be secretive but she should ask him what she wants to know in the future. The couple go home and Cherry gets sentimental realising this is their first fight. Scott laughs and the couple embrace but we see steeliness in Scott's eyes; he's not going to let anything ruin this.

Meanwhile, it's Halloween, but Sarah (27) doesn't want to go out and party. Her friend Kate (19), tries to persuade her but Sarah is still suffering from heartbreak. Meanwhile Jack is teased by his joker mate Ben, who bets him a terms loan that he can't get this 'doctor' he's pulled to come to the Party that night. Jack accepts the challenge and then bangs right into Sarah, sending her books everywhere.

They chat and Sarah reveals she's a medical student and immediately there is clear chemistry between them. However Jack walks off and calls Zara, asking her out that night. She flatly rejects him and Jack starts to panic.

Later in the library, he checks out Sarah's social networking profile, swotting up on her hobbies. When they get talking again Jack reveals his love for classical music which of course Sarah shares! Jack asks her out to the club and much to Kate's surprise, she accepts!

At the club, Jack tells Ben his Doctor is here and takes him over to Sarah. Jack confesses she's not quite a doctor yet and manages to avoid any clangers between Ben and Sarah. He continues to get on well with Sarah but later Ben refuses to honour the bet; she's not much older or a doctor.

Jack argues with him but to no avail and suddenly Kate appears and reveals she heard all they said. She calls Jack all the names under the sun and goes to tell Sarah the harsh truth. Jack runs after her and tries to apologise to Sarah but she's furious; she thought he was different. Ben witnesses all of this and tells Jack he wants his money.

Back at halls, Kate comforts Sarah with ice cream whilst Jack is alone and in dire debt, with an essay still to write for the morning.
