'Divide and Conquer'
After a couple of days on a lower drugs load, Jimmi is feeling much better and when Sissy comes in, he's positively upbeat and flirtatious. He flinches when she says her fertile day will be the next day, but it's almost imperceptible.

Sissy is delighted by his perky mood, and suggests they have a 'date' while Ivor is at work. Jimmi suggests they go for a walk, keen to get some air and to try another escape attempt. She says yes, but changes her mind before they get outside. Instead, she wants to watch her favourite movie, 'Dirty Dancing'. However, her hopes are dashed when Ivor comes home.

Jimmi suggests they watch a film as a threesome, keen to see how Sissy and Ivor compete to get his attention – can he use this? Rob is still cross he's been dragged into searching for Jimmi. He resents the way Lily is pulling strings, but has no choice but to return to Jimmi's last known whereabouts for a look round.

The empty house is still empty, but there's no sign of Jimmi's car. Rob questions an elderly neighbour, Larry, who remembers a bit of a hoo hah before Christmas; there were vans and cars and lights. He remembers a lot of shouting and although he saw a man arrive in the car, it was a woman who drove it away.

Rob's becoming interested, but the old boy's eyes aren't what they used to be. What he can remember is that both the vehicles were dark coloured and although he was too far away to see reg numbers he remembers a yellow and red sticker in the back of the car.

Rob, feeling galvanised, calls Karen, who's still at her dad's. She tells him the red and yellow sticker is Letherbridge FM and Jimmi's got one in the back of his car!! Rob asks her more about Jimmi's call out and she tells him to check with Ruth who can trace the list for that day. Rob interviews the Mill staff and several mention a stalker that Jimmi had joked about, Ruth is even able to provide the comedy home knitted scarf and hat.

Rob admits this may be significant and, as Karen suggested, Ruth traces the house call from before Christmas and they discover it was bogus. Rob makes some further calls including one to the radio station where they admit radio guests have sometimes been pestered by a simple-minded and over-enthusiastic sister and brother duo who take an unhealthy interest in their station.

They seem to match the description of the couple last seen talking to Jimmi but no-one knows where they live. Rob admits to Julia he was wrong and worse, he has no idea what he can do now.

Meanwhile, Ruth and Charlie are working together on campus. It's the first time they've worked so closely, and his first risqué comment takes her completely by surprise. Charlie's become used to being put down by female colleagues but when Ruth doesn't do it, it encourages him to be that bit more forward. Charlie continues to be increasingly inappropriate for the rest of the day as Ruth becomes increasingly uncomfortable.

Rob's arrival is a godsend to a pressured Ruth. When she later meets up with Cherry and Michelle she clearly has something on her mind but won't say what it is.
