Julia, Daniel and Heston are interviewing for a new doctor. First up is career-driven Lois Hampton, followed by suave and full of himself Harry Francisco. Julia is impressed with Harry, Heston with Lois while Daniel keeps an open mind. Finally, they see Elaine, who impresses Daniel - the only option is to see them all again after lunch.

At lunchtime at The Icon, Elaine spots Harry and Lois, clearly they are having an affair! After lunch, Elaine mentions this to an embarrassed Lois, however in the interview itself, she gives nothing away as she explains what sets her apart from the other candidates. For Elaine it is all about the patients which impresses the panel, who still can't make a decision. As Elaine waits for her taxi, she sees Julia gathering herself in the ladies loos - impressively, Elaine helps Julia out with some breathing exercises.

Meanwhile, Jimmi feels the pressure as he doesn't know where to take Cherry on their date. Cherry asks what she should wear, and when he confesses he has no clue, Cherry suggests the pub. Daniel advises Jimmi to put his cards on the table and be open about his past on the date. Jimmi takes this to heart. After their date, Jimmi returns home triumphant, whilst Cherry confesses to Simon how overwhelmed she felt by Jimmi's honesty!

Elsewhere, Arthur 'Baby Ton' Bewley practices darts but something isn't right. At The Mill, he's greeted by over-enthusiastic Karen, who instantly recognises him! She asks Jimmi to see Baby Ton who explains he has 'dartitis' - he can't throw in front of crowds. Jimmi arranges an impromptu exhibition in the staff room but Baby Ton folds.

Karen thinks he needs a proper rehearsal and knows just who to call - Rob, who's equally excited to meet a sporting legend. Things don't go to plan as Rob keeps winning - annoyed, Karen reminds him he's supposed to be boosting Baby Ton’s confidence!

Rob leaves and then Karen gets Baby Ton to open up. Years ago his wife Bron left him for his biggest rival Frank Harries and that's who he's playing tonight! Since that moment Baby Ton. could never throw twenties again and switched to nineteens - Karen insists he keep on practising.

That evening, Karen and Rob go to support Baby Ton. Karen spots Bron coming in and while no-one is looking tells Bron her car has been broken into. prompting her to dash out. With some vocal support from Karen and Bron out of the way Baby Ton finally plucks up the courage to go for Double Top. He misses but at least he tries!
