'Watching Me Watching You'
Ronnie drops George to work, and they arrange to meet for lunch and spend time together, taking advantage of Bracken’s first day with the child minder.

Julia tells Mac that the Letherbridge PCT would like him to mentor a new Doctor, following a course he took last year. Mac is not keen, but Julia leaves him their letter to browse.

George worries about Bracken, and calls the child minder. George is tired and snaps at Julia, who is taken aback. Greg calls into George’s office, and George is upset that her and Ronnie’s PT working plan, is not working already.

Jimmi meets an attractive mystery woman for lunch, to the disgust of Sarah.

George pops home to see Bracken, and Greg meets Ronnie in George's place for their lunch date.

Julia asks Faith how her romance is going, Faith does not go into details about being cancelled by Rob Keavey and lets her know that the romance has stalled.

Mac stresses about becoming a mentor and juggling work, and Julia tells him that it is his chance to put something back to the NHS and train a new Doctor.

George arranges for her child minder to sit with Bracken in the staff room, and Greg discusses this decision with George. George admits that she feels guilty whatever she does lately. Greg kindly tells her that it ‘s not a weakness to want to care for Bracken.

Jimmi is confused by Mac’s sudden supportive nature at the Mill, asking how he is settling in as a recent member of staff, unaware that Mac is considering mentoring someone else. Jimmi tells Mac that he is fine and there are no problems either at work or personally.

Ronnie meets George at the Mill to take her home, and surprised to see baby Bracken there, George announces that she is taking some time off to spend with Bracken.

Meanwhile, Ronnie’s patient Johnny Dempsey is concerned about his neighbour, Denis Alberts, building work close to his property following a party wall agreement being signed. They tussle and Johnny is arrested for attacking Denis, and charges are to be brought.

Greg examines Johnny and it is clear Johnny has some mental illness issues. Greg suggests a psychiatrist mental health assessment, which confirms the possibility of schizophrenia. Ronnie supports Johnny to get the assessment he needs, and liases with Denis and gets the charge dropped. Ronnie deals with his own experiences of mental health with his relatives, Val and Uncle Bert, although it was easier to ignore them.

Baby Bracken spends the day with a child minder for the first time. Both George and Ronnie worry, upset that their PT working plan, is not working. Later, George decides to take some time off to spend with Bracken.
