'Sonata'

After more teasing from Tony, Jack challenges him to a lunchtime race, during which Tony lets Jack think he is beating him. Jack is triumphant when he wins and decides to run some more, much to Tony's disbelief. He meets Tony later in the gym and is impressed when Tony suggests sorting out Jack's diet.

Tony warns Jack to pace himself, but as Jack uses the free weights, he works so hard he passes out. He wakes up on the floor of the gym, the weights inches from his head.

Elsewhere, Julia gives Joe a lift to Daniel and Lisa's, but senses he doesn't want to go in, and offers him a room at hers anytime he needs it. When he gets inside, Daniel and Lisa are mid-argument, leaving Joe feeling very uneasy.

Meanwhile, today's story of the day sees Julia and Joe come together to reunite a beautiful pianist with her overbearing mother.
