'Freegan To Choose'

Mrs Tembe is proud to recount her letter of introduction from Akono Mezu, the Nigerian student that she has volunteered to house during his studies in Letherbridge. She is incredibly excited about his arrival, but panics to Heston that Akono will find her wanting spiritually in some way. Seeking Daniel's advice, Mrs Tembe tells him that she's keen to ensure that she has everything Akono might want, but ends up even more panicked about not being up to standard for her guest.

Later, Marina attempts to offer some support to Mrs Tembe, but it falls on deaf ears. Marina realises that as a favour to Heston she needs to try harder, so she checks in on Mrs Tembe at home and offers her services in a professional capacity - she can cast an eye over the house for suitability. Marina makes Mrs Tembe realise that Akono is lucky to be staying with her and puts her mind at rest.

Meanwhile, Elaine updates Karen on Julia's situation with Chloe, and the pair decide to try to cheer her up with the bucket list. Karen suggests a Zumba class and says that they can make it fun and get some special outfits to wear. Julia tries to resist Elaine's attempts, but she finally succumbs as a sly Karen uses Elaine as leverage - telling Julia that Elaine's therapist has encouraged her to try new things.

Arriving at the class in their new outfits, the trio are embarrassed to find they're quite substantially overdressed. However, after some initial hesitation, they let their hair down and get stuck in.

Elsewhere, Kevin is forced to overcome his prejudice when he encounters a pregnant woman whose beliefs compromise the health of her baby.
