Julia tells Karen that she's overloaded with paperwork and doesn't want any interruptions today. However, Sally soon calls to speak to Julia and Karen tries to transfer her - but gets her head bitten off. Sally says that it doesn't matter and rings off. Later, Karen mentions the call to Julia in the corridor and she becomes angry, but Karen encourages her to just call Sally back. Julia does and leaves a message.

At the end of the day, Sally returns her call, explaining that she needs someone to look after Chloe for the weekend at short notice, to which Julia readily agrees. But Sally warns that if Patrick finds out about this, then there will be no repeat of this arrangement…

Meanwhile, Freya meets up with Mandy, who says that she's not really sure about bi girls. Will Mandy thaw towards Freya?

Elsewhere, Heston unearths a terrible secret when he helps a man come to terms with his father's mysterious disappearance.
