'Deal Or No Deal'

Julia has precision planned her busy day, but she suddenly remembers that she has forgotten to pick up Marlin's birthday present. Popping into town at lunch, she struggles to find a parking space and, in a rush, leaves the car unlocked - blocking the entrance to a garage. She freaks out when she returns to find the car has vanished, but local garage owner Martin reassures her that the car is fine - he just had to move it.

Julia won't stand for it and storms in to get her car, but slips and falls in her haste. After all the chaos, Martin gallantly offers to take Julia out for dinner. However, she's outraged by his front and turns him down, before returning to work in a mood. Later, a delivery is made to Julia with a note from Martin, saying that he is looking forward to their date…

Meanwhile, Heston deals with a difficult patient named Alfie, who has screened positive for Hepatitis C. Alfie believes that the late diagnosis might have played a part in the severity of the illness, so he attacks Heston for not diagnosing the condition earlier. Heston manages to justify his position and later reassures Alfie, but ends the day feeling completely drained.

Elsewhere, a mother resorts to desperate measures in order to repay her debts, but can Elaine stop her from making a big mistake?
