Soon afterwards, Elaine is hounded by a journalist named Helen, who poses as a patient in order to ask her questions. Karen swiftly escorts her off the premises. Throughout the day, Elaine receives various phone calls from journalists, but as she leaves the building she receives a call that chills her to the bone - it's Harrison…
Meanwhile, it's Imogen's first day working at Kingsley's studio, and she is flattered when he asks her to finish off his most important piece for him, successfully dumbfounding her with his flirtatiousness. Imogen later asks Kingsley about pay, but he manages to steer her off the subject and into his bed.
Elsewhere, Mandy is drawn into a scripted reality programme, and after spending some time filming with the cast and crew, she swiftly becomes less and less of a fan.
