Meanwhile, Imogen is devastated to find Kingsley in bed with someone else - a man. Kingsley comments that they never said they were exclusive, besides she can join in. Incensed, Imogen destroys his artwork and runs home to Rob crying. Rob is ready to murder Kingsley, but comforts his daughter instead. He asks if she still wants to go to art school - it may not be too late.
Imogen calls the school and they are still fine for her to start this year, as long as she gets there ASAP. Imogen frantically packs the car full of her belongings. Karen is distraught when she gets home to find her baby girl is leaving after all. Imogen gives her a hug and they all get in the car together. Imogen looks out of the window and says a silent goodbye to Letherbridge.
