Gabriel takes a risk to get rid of Sean

Sean wants Gabriel to take Angie to Newcastle, as he has work for her to do there. Angie is terrified as she knows it's a whole different ball game there, so Gabriel tells her that he will make it look like she got away. Sean is furious when Gabriel breaks the news and sends the search party out, but soon comes face-to-face with Angie and Gabriel in Shieldinch. Promising to take Angie to Newcastle, Gabriel instead brings her to Nicole and pleads with her to let Angie stay in the house for the day until they can work out a plan.

At the same time, Sean has a big meeting coming up, which Gabriel discovers involves him selling guns. Gabriel asks Lenny for help, but when Lenny refuses to get involved, Gabriel has to take the last resort - and goes to DCI Donald with information…

Meanwhile, Raymond is feeling the pressure from Sean, who is setting up business deals in the pub. When Deek pops by to ask him for help, Raymond is short with his nephew. Later, Raymond tries to apologise to Deek. The pair realise they haven't spent much time together and vow to do so soon. Deek asks Raymond if he can help him get a watch repaired, which belonged to Raymond's father. However, when Sean sees the watch, he suddenly gets quite attached to it, leaving Raymond with more explaining to do.

Elsewhere, Big Bob is out of hospital, but is already feeling frustrated being stuck at home. He goes to the mini-market to see if he can do some work, but Iona is reluctant. She also has news to tell him - she is leaving Shieldinch this afternoon. Bob is gutted, but she promises to come and say goodbye. On his way home, Bob meets Molly and offers to take Madonna home for her. Molly is reluctant but eventually agrees, only for Madonna to run away from Bob. Trying to catch up with her causes him great pain and he realises he will need to take it a little easier than he planned.
