Jo drugs Douglas

Determined to get Douglas out of Gina’s life once and for all, Eileen comes up with a clever plan to get rid of the man formerly known as Archie Buchanan. Believing he is paying Jo a visit to help her retrieve her purse, Douglas is oblivious to the fact that Eileen has instructed her to slip drugs into his drink. Rapidly losing consciousness, it looks likely that Douglas will miss his daily check-in at the local police station which can only mean one thing – a spell in jail until his trial date.

Elsewhere, Raymond decides to build a multi gym so that both he and best pal Jimmy can get fit. Initially sceptical, wheelchair-user Jimmy is none too happy but soon comes round to the idea when Ewan talks him into it.

Meanwhile, a guilty Kelly Marie tries hard to stop anything happening with Ewan despite the spark between them growing steadily stronger. Things soon get tricky for her when he discovers that she is already going out with Michael, and takes great pleasure in making her feel bad about it.

And Lenny has some stern questions from Lydia to answer when he returns from Spain.
