Scottish actor Mark Bonnar has joined the cast of Casualty.
He will play the role of nurse Bruno Jenkins who arrives from Bradford and quickly causes trouble when he unearths Maggie's dark secret.
The character previously worked with Maggie and with Guppy's father, Jas. From the first episode of the new series, Bruno is sure to turn heads and generate grief.
Series 20 will be on screen from 10th September and will open with a two-part special.
