Elsewhere, Ellen is suffering from terrible morning sickness and worries when she starts spotting.
Meanwhile, Selena is feeling depressed after her resignation from her police job. Her day is made even more stressful when Nathan gives her a hard time at work, and fails to offer her any support.

I thought it was good to finally see the reason why kelsey is so enthusiastic towards the hep b clinic, I also found sam's first day as a HCA entertaining. Despite some of his mistakes I think he would make a brilliant nurse or doctor. It was also good to see the way Harry reasured Ellen about her pregnancy problems and I think even though it is not love between them, they both still care alot about each other.

I was really touched to see Harry show his caring side to 'pregnant' Ellen in this episode. Although I did have my suspicions about how this story would turn out. Was pleased that Sam seemed to do ok in his health care assistant role too - especiallu when he helped the injured lady with adjusting her leg.

I got a shock when I found about about kelsey's past, it never occured to me that she may have done something like that in the past. Abs was right Sam does have a way with people, he is a fantastic HCA(health care assistant)
