Familiar face returns to 'Holby City'
Published Monday, Apr 10 2006, 21:37 BST | By Kris Green
Adrian Edmondson's Holby City character Percy 'Abra' Durant is to re-appear on screen at the end of May.
Episode 33 of the current series sees Abra covering for Ric who is attending a conference. He soon comes up against Nathan (Ben Price) from Casualty who makes him attend meetings about interior refurbishment and car parking spaces - all of which Abra hates. When Abra bumps a patient up the list for a non-urgent operation, Nathan catches him and there's hell to pay.
The following week, Nick Jordan (Michael French) dumps a case on Abra. Lord Byrne takes an interest, and is impressed by Abra much to Nick Jordan's annoyance.
Episode 33 and 34 air on Tuesday 29th May and Tuesday 6th June, respectively, on BBC One.
