BBC Worldwide hopes the site will be the "ultimate EastEnders destination" online.
The channel will include scenes from throughout the soap's 23-year history, including the Christmas Day episode in which Den (Leslie Grantham) told Angie (Anita Dobson) that he wanted a divorce.
The Guardian reports that related content will also be included, such as Shane Richie's (Alfie Moon) interview on Parkinson.
Patrick Walker, YouTube director of video partnerships for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, said of the move: "Over the years, EastEnders has built up a huge, loyal base of fans who love the programme.
"This dedicated YouTube channel will enable even more engagement with this community, as well as exposing one of the BBC's most popular shows to new global audiences."
