'Enders boss promises 'exciting' winter

The 2007 Christmas Day episode of the BBC show pulled in over 14 million viewers and Santer said he hopes its recent success at the National Television Awards will bring another blockbuster festive period.
The Daily Star quotes him as saying: "Taking home the best serial drama award will definitely put the wind in our sails for the next few months.
"It has come at such an important time, when we are all working hard to put the finishing touches to Christmas and New Year scenes.
"There are so many exciting things coming up this winter. I am really pleased with the storylines and I am positive the fans are going to love it."
