Wadia expects 'Enders live ep discomfort
EastEnders star Nina Wadia has revealed that she is expecting to feel "uncomfortable" throughout the soap's live episode due to her alter ego's baby bump.

Although the actress has already filmed her character Zainab Masood's labour, she will be required to appear pregnant in scenes one last time for Friday's 25th anniversary instalment.

In an interview with DS, Wadia was asked whether she was pleased to remove the bump after filming scenes showing Zainab welcoming the arrival of her fourth child.

She replied: "My God, but I'm going to have to wear it for the live ep! Can you believe it? It's a massive one because it's the day before I give birth! It's just uncomfortable - it's sewn into a body suit which I haven't worn since I was a dancer in the '80s!

"It's also really hideous as you can imagine but you kind of go, 'All I need now is to go out there with just this on and a pair of leg warmers and I'll be the most unattractive woman in anyone's mind!'"

Wadia has previously confirmed that she is to appear in the live broadcast but will not have a speaking part.

Friday's much-anticipated episode will feature the long-awaited reveal of Archie Mitchell's killer.
