Lacey Turner to go ahead with 'Enders Live

EastEnders star Lacey Turner intends to take part in tonight's live episode, despite her ongoing battle with throat problems.

Yesterday, the 21-year-old, who plays Stacey Branning, was sent home ahead of the final dress rehearsal as throat problems rendered her unable to recite her lines.

It is believed that she has a substantial amount of dialogue during tonight's 30-minute live edition as part of her screen husband Bradley's attempt to escape the Square before the police catch up with him.

A Walford source this morning told Digital Spy that Turner was "due in" for rehearals but it "remained to be seen" whether she would be able to take part.

This afternoon, however, sources confirmed to DS that the actress is currently rehearsing with the rest of the cast and fully intends to go ahead with the live episode this evening.

EastEnders Live airs tonight at 8pm on BBC One.
