Sadie Frost wants to run 'Enders Queen Vic

Sadie Frost has said that she would like to join EastEnders, according to reports.

The actress, who is currently starring in the theatre production Fool for Love, revealed that she wanted her character to run the Queen Vic.

She told the Sunday Mirror: "I have thought about it - it's my favourite show on TV and the only soap I watch. Actually, I think I'd bloody love it."

Barbara Windsor, who plays current pub landlady Peggy Mitchell, announced last October that she is leaving the soap later in the year.
