The Walford newlywed, who is played by actress Patsy Palmer, pulled in 26% of the votes in an online Yahoo survey carried out ahead of Mother's Day this Sunday.
Yahoo's TV editor Paul Johnston commented: "We are overwhelmed by the number of people who have voted for Bianca as their favourite TV mum.
"As loud and garish as Bianca can be, she also has a huge heart when it comes to her children and would do anything to protect them. You certainly wouldn't want her turning up on your doorstep if your kids had been fighting with hers!"
The Royle Family's Barbara Royle (Sue Johnston) came second in the poll with 24% of the votes, while Neighbours matriarch Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne) took third place with 12%.
Gavin and Stacey's Nessa Jenkins (Ruth Jones) and outrageous Absolutely Fabulous character Edina Monsoon (Jennifer Saunders) followed in fourth and fifth respectively.
