Windsor's character Peggy Mitchell was seen tying the knot with Frank Butcher (Mike Reid) while wearing a lilac gown in 1999, and the frock has changed hands several times since then.
The outfit, which comes with matching shoes and handbag, was originally made available in a This Morning charity auction in 2000 and went on to be owned by various private collectors. In September, it was sold at an auction house in Shropshire for £3,500.
Peggy's old dress will tomorrow go under the hammer once again at Northwich Auction in Barnton after the buyers decided to make some of their money back on the item.
Auction organiser Peter Critchley told the Northwich Guardian: "We've had some calls on it already with people asking how they know it's the real thing, but we have no doubt about it.
"We have the paperwork on it and know where it's come from. We're going to put it in at £500 to £800 and see what happens to it."
