Lucas arrest in 'Enders seen by 8.6m

As Lucas was finally arrested for his deeds, BBC One grabbed 8.56m (41.5%) at 7.30pm, while BBC Three had an equally commendable 1.58m (7.7%) at 10pm, making the soap easily the most-watched terrestrial and multichannel programme of the day.
Emmerdale's double outing, which saw Nathan remanded in custody, put in a respectable 6.36m (34.2%) and 6.65m (30.9%) at 7pm and 8pm respectively. Coronation Street followed the village serial with 7.37m (32.8%).
Elsewhere yesterday, Gilly's wedding proposal to Steph saw Hollyoaks grab 1.03m (6%), recovering slightly with a day-on-day increase of nearly 100k. E4's first look managed 320k (1.7%).
Over on Five, 1.34m (10.8%) tuned in for Harry's leaving announcement in Neighbours. Home and Away followed at 6pm with 943k (6.1%), before Fiver's first look picked up a notable 509k (3%).
Meanwhile, 1.57m (20.4%) caught the afternoon visit to Doctors.
