The award-winning actress, who played the feisty Slater family member for six years, picked Stacey's poignant relationship with Bradley (Charlie Clements) as her top highlight.
She told Bang Showbiz: "I loved Bradley and Stacey's relationship - the fact that the geek fell in love with the tart.
"And looking back at the live episode also makes me feel very proud. It was really ambitious and I feel privileged to have been a part of it."
Last week, in an interview with DS, the star pinpointed her character's bipolar disorder as an important moment.
"I've enjoyed every storyline I've done, but particularly the bipolar one," she said. "That one allowed me to learn more and it had a really great reaction."
On Christmas Day, the 22-year-old bowed out from the show to an audience of 11.4 million.
