The actress left the BBC soap after more than six years in the role on Christmas Day. Last night, she scooped the 'Best Serial Drama Performance' trophy at the National Television Awards.
"It feels really good to go out with this award," she told The Sun. "It's been the best six years of my life."
The 22-year-old added: "I miss it already and I miss playing Stacey. They haven't killed me off - so you never know."
Turner made her first appearance away from Albert Square in the new series of BBC Three drama Being Human last week.
