With Phil in a desperate situation following his dramatic health scare, Glenda heads off to call an ambulance and Ian is left alone with his arch-nemesis.
Enjoying the situation, Ian gives Phil a long speech about how he has made his life hell. Later, when the paramedics arrive, the slippery businessman claims that nobody needs help and sends them away.
As Ian's behaviour gets increasingly dark, will he get help or leave Phil to die?
