POTD: Whitney meets Rob in 'EastEnders'

Whitney attracts the attention of a mysterious stranger named Rob in tonight's episode of EastEnders.
The troubled teenager meets Rob (Jody Latham) for the first time as she resorts to desperate measures to earn some cash, attempting to pickpocket a man on the street after seeing Janine successfully steal from Yusef in the café.
Unfortunately, Whitney's experiment with petty crime goes horribly wrong when her victim angrily attacks her, leaving her with a cut lip.
Rob witnesses the whole thing and steps in to help Whitney, providing some much-needed comfort. Afterwards, it seems that Whitney is intrigued about where this could go next…
Tonight's meeting marks the beginning of a sexual exploitation storyline - devised in conjunction with Comic Relief - which will see Rob using Whitney for his own financial gain.
EastEnders airs tonight at 7.30pm on BBC One.
