Speaking to Radio Times, the actress - Tanya Branning in the BBC soap - revealed that she would not be appearing on shows such as Strictly Come Dancing or I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!.
"There's absolutely no way I'd go into the jungle," Joyner told the magazine. "Me without sleep or food is not something I'd inflict on the nation.
"I'm a moody cow when I'm hungry and tired! I wouldn't stand a chance of winning Dancing on Ice or Strictly so I wouldn't go on."
She added: "I'm very competitive but I know my limits and I'd never take part in something I knew I couldn't win."
Joyner also revealed that she would like to have a presenting job similar to Location, Location, Location's Kirstie Allsopp.
The 33-year-old's new comedy Candy Cabs begins tonight at 9pm on BBC One.
