As revealed at the weekend, Masood and Jane (Laurie Brett) will soon declare their love for each other during a moment alone, but they both end up agreeing that they cannot be together.
The latest twist for the pair begins after Jane gets drunk and sets her sights on Masood following a fight night at the boxing club.

Speaking to Inside Soap, Ganatra commented: "Jane is on a downward spiral after the breakdown of her marriage to Ian and asks Masood to run away with her. Masood almost contemplates it. He tells Jane that he loves her and thinks she's gorgeous, but he can't be with her.
"It's very sad and romantic. Masood and Zainab have been married for almost 30 years, but he's had this special attraction to Jane ever since they first met."
Ganatra added that Masood's loyalty towards Zainab (Nina Wadia) is what stops him from succumbing to Jane's advances.
He said: "At the moment, Masood simply loves Zainab too much. They've had their ups and downs, it's true, but they're still mad about each other. There's no way Masood would want to lose Zainab."
Masood was recently tipped to kidnap Zainab's ex-husband Yusef Khan in an upcoming storyline.
