POTD: Dot admits she can't cope in 'EastEnders'

Dot finally reaches the end of her tether as she struggles to cope with caring for Jim in tonight's edition of EastEnders.
In an episode focusing entirely on the Walford favourite's difficult situation, Dot goes back to square one as she sacks her carer Marta, leaving her with no help around the house.
Later, Dot cannot bear the sound of Jim's buzzer and starts to ignore her ailing husband as she knows that she can no longer give him the help he needs.
When Carol and Max pay a visit and walk in on a distraught Dot, they're shocked as they grasp the reality of the situation for the first time.
Dot then makes a heartbreaking confession as she admits to Carol that she can no longer look after Jim...
EastEnders airs tonight at 7.30pm on BBC One.
