POTD: Dot says goodbye to Jim in 'EastEnders'

Dot's heartbreak continues as her husband Jim is finally admitted to a care home in tonight's episode of EastEnders.
As a new day dawns in Walford, Dot returns to her stubborn ways by telling Carol, Max and Jack that she can cope with Jim and her meltdown the previous evening was just a blip.
However, the Branning siblings are determined that their father should get the help he needs and Dot is devastated at the thought that Jim will no longer be living under her roof.
Later, Dot finally accepts the reality of the situation and bids an emotional farewell to Jim before he is taken to his new home in an ambulance.
Although Dot knows she can visit Jim in the care home, it's clear that it's the end of an era for the Walford matriarch. How will she cope without him?
EastEnders airs tonight at 7.30pm on BBC One.
