As Vanessa (Zöe Lucker) begs for Harry's help in paying for the wedding, he's grimly satisfied to see that she's come crawling back following her break-up with Max.
Harry (Linal Haft) later sits down for a family meal with Vanessa, Jodie and Darren, announcing his intentions to foot the bill for the big day. Jodie (Kylie Babbington) is delighted by Harry's decision, but Darren feels uneasy about having him back in their lives.
Later, it appears that Darren's fears are well-founded as Harry makes it clear to Vanessa that his help comes with one condition - she must not attend Jodie's big day. Realising that Harry wants to take her place in Jodie's affections, will Vanessa agree to his demand?
