The businessman is currently being taunted by a mystery stalker, but his ordeal is only just beginning as his tormentor will soon provide the police with evidence linking him to Kevin's fate, The Sun claims.
Kevin died in a road accident at the end of 2007 while driving one of several illegal "cut and shut" cars which were being sold by Phil (Steve McFadden).
While Phil has never faced the consequences of his involvement in Kevin's death, his past soon catches up with him as his current storyline continues.

EastEnders launched the mystery stalker plot earlier this week, as Phil started receiving photographs and other material relating to the 1994 car lot fire, which he started deliberately in an insurance scam with Frank Butcher.
Show bosses have already named Michael Moon (Steve John Shepherd) and Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks) as possible stalker suspects - but more possibilities are expected to emerge in the coming weeks.
An EastEnders source told the newspaper: "Whoever it is knows a lot about him and his history. The problem is that list is as long as your arm. Everyone becomes a suspect and he starts to think people are laughing at him.
"He will almost be driven mad trying to find out who is tormenting him. In the end, the police get the evidence they need to arrest him. But who hates Phil enough to fit him up?"
