POTD: 'EastEnders' Derek leads Liam astray

EastEnders villain Derek Branning spots a money-making opportunity in the aftermath of the B&B fire in tonight's episode of the soap.
With the rest of the Square in shock following the events of Christmas night, Derek (Jamie Foreman) convinces Liam to sneak into the condemned building to steal some scrap metal for him.
Liam (James Forde) goes along with the idea when Derek offers him £20 in return for his hard work - keen to pay for some trainers that he has his eye on.
However, Pat (Pam St Clement) is furious when she discovers what the pair are up to - leading to another frightening confrontation between her and Derek…
