The former Footballers' Wives actor, who was cast as Ray Dixon earlier this year, said that the likes of Patsy Palmer (Bianca Butcher) and Tameka Empson (Kim Fox) will join him on a training session.

"I don't have as much time to train now, but I have promised a couple of my castmates that we'll hit the gym together," Venn told Inside Soap.
"Both Patsy Palmer and Tameka Empson are up for it - whenever they're ready. I'm a tough taskmaster - I believe in hard work and dedication! I apply that to everything."
Speaking of his character Ray Dixon's past as a soldier, he added: "I'd like to see Ray's past catch up with him, in the form of an ex-comrade coming to the Square.
"It'd also be interesting to find out who the mother of his daughter Sasha is."
