As tonight's episode begins, Michael (Steve John Shepherd) is determined to put on a brave face following the sudden departure of his wife Janine.
Convincing himself that his estranged partner will be back soon, Michael tries to plough ahead with the business as normal, as well as looking after baby Scarlett.
At first things seem to be ticking over in Janine's absence, but that soon changes when Michael hears that she has transferred all of the money from the business accounts.
Shortly afterwards, Billy Mitchell arrives on Michael's doorstep with even more shocking news - a document has been delivered which reveals that Janine has decided to close down Butcher's Joints altogether. How will Michael react?
