'EastEnders': Lord Sugar visits set for Children in Need filming

By
Lord Sugar has paid a visit to the EastEnders set today (November 6) to film an upcoming Children in Need sketch.

The business tycoon and Apprentice star has been tweeting pictures from the BBC soap's base in Elstree, Hertfordshire as he gets involved in this year's charity fundraiser.

Little is known about the filming, but Sugar appears to have been working with Shane Richie (Alfie Moon), Nitin Ganatra (Masood Ahmed) and Perry Fenwick (Billy Mitchell).

Addressing his online followers this morning, Sugar revealed: "Off to do some filming now at the set of EastEnders for a Children in Need sequence - hope to have some fun. Will let you know."

Meanwhile, tweeting a picture of himself and Sugar, Richie joked: "Guess who's playing Alfie's dad?"

Last year, the EastEnders cast performed a Queen tribute for Children in Need, while the 2010 telethon featured a comedy crossover between EastEnders and Coronation Street. Get the Inside Soap magazine on your iPhone or iPad
