'EastEnders' Cora plot brings in 7.5 million in Tuesday ratings

EastEnders was Tuesday evening's (November 13) most-watched soap as Cora Cross's storyline continued, overnight figures show.

The Walford drama pulled in 7.47 million (33.3%) at 7.30pm on BBC One as Cora's problems went from bad to worse as she lost her job at the charity shop. BBC Three's repeat screening secured 422,000 (2.8%) at 10.30pm.

Also on BBC One, Holby City entertained 4.79m (20.5%) at 8pm with an episode titled 'To Absent Friends'.

Emmerdale, meanwhile, attracted 7.06m (32.3%) at 7pm on ITV1 and 183k (0.8%) on +1 as Amy decided to move in with Kerry.

At 8pm on ITV1, Anne Kirkbride documentary 40 Years on Coronation Street - Deirdre and Me appealed to 2.87m (12.4%) and 154k (0.6%) on +1.

Hollyoaks grabbed 1.06m (5.0%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 as Ste received a shock on the morning of his wedding, while a first look at the soap's dramatic minibus crash brought 684k (3.1%) to E4 at 7pm and 189k (0.8%) to E4+1.

Over on Channel 5, Neighbours managed 615k (8.6%) at 1.45pm and 1.01m (5.9%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away mustered 753k (3.8%) at 6pm and 476k (2.3%) for 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.

Elsewhere, the latest episode of Doctors was seen by 1.39m (19.4%) at 1.45pm on BBC One.
