Her character Stacey Slater married Bradley Branning (Charlie Clements) in the soap last week, but Turner found the long white dress uncomfortable and restricting.
She told Sunday: "Getting married seems so stressy. I wore that dress for 15 days and I couldn't breathe out."
The 19-year-old, who split with boyfriend Matt Kaye four months ago, insisted that she will have a simple ceremony if she ever ties the knot herself. She said: "I'd hate being the centre of attention. If I had to get married, I think I'd wear Ugg boots and pyjamas."
