Cassidy's fitness DVD is fastest-selling

The actress, who played Sonia Jackson in the soap, released boxing-style DVD The Then and Now Workout after she lost two and a half stone, slimming down to a size 8 dress size.
She has followed the likes of TV stars Jade Goody, Lady Isabella Hervey and Davina McCall by promoting a fitness regime. Her video is outselling all of the others by three to one at Tesco superstores, according to The Sun.
Spokesman for the supermarket chain, Joel Hanson, said: "Natalie appeals to ordinary people because of her fantastic weight loss recently."
Cassidy recently revealed that she has gained more confidence since losing the weight, telling Closer magazine: "If you feel confident and happy, good things happen to you - and I think that's where I am at the moment.
"I've chucked out all my old clothes, but I have kept one pair of trousers as a reminder. If I put them on now, they're like clown's trousers!"
