'EastEnders' actor reveals wedding plans

EastEnders actor Aaron Sidwell has spoken for the first time about his plans to wed long-term girlfriend Grace.

The 19-year-old, who plays Steven Beale in the Walford soap, has agreed to tie the knot in September. He told Inside Soap: "I've known her for a long time – we met on an acting course. We're really happy together, so I just thought 'Why don't we get married?'

"We could wait for another two years or we could just do it now – and we've decided to go for it. We're getting married in September this year, though we haven't set a precise date yet."

Speaking of his female fans since landing his role in the BBC soap, Sidwell added: "The girls have been a bit crazy. They're always coming up to me wanting my photo and autograph, but most of the time I'm with my fiancée."

Steven Beale walked back into Walford for the first time in five years last September in the culmination of one of the soap's biggest storylines of 2007 which saw Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) being 'haunted' by dead wife Cindy.
