Collins won't rule out Walford return

Michelle Collins has refused to rule out a return to her role as Cindy Beale in EastEnders.

The actress played Cindy on the BBC One soap for nine years, but the character was killed off during child birth while she was in prison.

"I don't know how they'd bring Cindy back, but stranger things have happened," Michelle told Celebs on Sunday. "I can see why people do it. Everyone has bills to pay. Who knows what the future holds, but I'd never rule it out."

Collins will soon be returning to our screens as talent show judge Karina Faith in new ITV1 drama Rock Rivals. She stars alongside former Coronation Street actor Sean Gallagher (Paul Connor), who plays Karina's husband Mal.
