EastEnders matriarch Barbara Windsor has revealed that she always thought Larry Lamb should star in the Walford soap.
Speaking to DS at the British Soap Awards, the 70-year-old explained how her last two weeks working with Lamb - who has recently been cast in the role of Ronnie and Roxy's father, Archie - has been a "match made in heaven".
