'Enders Charlie: 'I miss Lacey'

Charlie Clements has said that he misses working with Lacey Turner since their EastEnders characters split up.

The pair, who play Stacey and Bradley Branning, have filmed fewer scenes together since Stacey was discovered to have cheated with Max (Jake Wood). The affair plot was named best storyline at last week's British Soap Awards.

The Press Association quotes Clements as saying: "I do miss Lace. I worked with her for two years, and we had a great relationship.

"But it might come back, who knows, we'll have to see what they've got in store. We do get on really well."

Turner added that there is more excitement in the pipeline for Stacey, saying: "She's having a quiet time. She's kind of going downhill, so she's got to come up."
