Here's that 'Enders explosion again...

Published Thursday, Jun 19 2008, 16:09 BST | By Kris Green | 7 comments
If you didn't manage to catch EastEnders last night, here's what you missed out on. If you did catch it, however, then it's worth another watch.

All credit must go to the scripting and storylining teams for a cracking set of episodes this week - it's just a shame they didn't capitalise on the opportunity to give a certain couple of characters a more fitting exit. You'll see what I mean when you tune in tonight.

Bobby - Ah, I see! Thank you. I completely agree. I think it would have made a more dramatic episode to have May survive and to have Mickey die! It's not as if they then need to have her come back because Maya survived in Corrie and she has never returned.

See, smoking kills. I'm glad she died I hated her.

I thought the episodes were brilliant, pity May died though in a way as there could have been much more things for her to do to Dawn... Mickey and Keith should have died, I'm very disappointed that their exit storyline are them moving to Cotswolds!! May has been a brilliant character!!

This had to be the best EastEnders episode of 2008. I wasn't expecting May to die at all in the explosion - I thought Keith and Mickey would have died but I'm glad they didn't. It certainly was a great climax to the storyline.

He means that Keith and Mickey should of died too, as they are leaving in a couple of weeks! I agree it would have been more dramatic than them leaving to Cotswolds!!

"a certain couple of characters a more fitting exit" I don't understand. As far as I could see, only one character made an exit. Who was the other?

I was expecting May to die in the explosion. How could she have been so stupid to have lit a fag with the gas turned on?.
